Various means of transportation by private car, we have 5 seats, 7 seats, 9 seats limousine van, 16 seats,

Departure time is flexible according to your time, pick up and drop off at your request, save time because you don't have to wait with other passengers
If you want pick up from Hanoi airport, the driver need your flight detals, and waiting at column 10 with your name's on the parper

Service do not include:

• Personal expenses (snack, souvenir, )

• Nationwide travel insurance

PICK UP AND DROP OFF POINT

Pick-up point:

• Hanoi city:  Anywhere in Hanoi , Hanoi airport  

Drop-off Point:

•   At anywhere in Ninh Binh, Tam Coc , Trang An , Bai Dinh 

INCLUSION:

• Toll fees

• Fuel

• Driver

EXCLUSION:

• Accommodation / Meals / Tour guide

• All entrance fees at the attractions

• All other personal expenses such as drinks, souvenirs…

• All services are not mentioned above.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: 

• You will receive confirmation of your booking’s with payment link, your booking is confirmed after you paid via payment link 

• If you do not receive an email from us,   please  contact  Whatsapp with us as soon as possible

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Travel time may vary due to traffic conditions (if you want to return to the airport, please contact us for advice on a reasonable time to catch the flight from Sapa to Hanoi airport)

• Fast food and drinks are allowed in the car, with attention to hygiene during the trip

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

• More than 48 hours before the starting time: 100% refund but with USD 2 / person as handling fee;

• 24 hours to 48 hours before the starting time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded;

• Within 24 hours before the starting time: No refund;

• Passenger not showing up: No refund.
