Cancellations & Refund: CANCELLATION MADE BY THE CUSTOMER
For certain reasons, if The Customer has to cancel his booked tour/travel services with LUXCOTOURS, we will obviously be sorry not to be able to serve you and will accept the cancellation subject to the cancellation fees and conditions as listed below:
For Bus and rental car booking:
o More than 10 days prior to your departure day: $3/person as service fee
o Between 5 and 10 days prior: 30% of the total price or deposit is forfeited
o Between 2 and 5 days prior: 50% of the total price is charged
o 2 days prior: 100% of total price is charged
For Train tickets booking:
o More than 30 days prior to your departure day: $3/person as service fee
o Between 10 and 30 days prior: 35% of the total price or deposit is forfeited
o Between 3 and 10 days prior: 50% of the total price is charged
o 3 days prior: 100% of total price is charged
For Tour and package tour:
o More than 30 days prior to your departure day: $5/person as service fee
o Between 10 and 30 days prior: 35% of the total price or deposit is forfeited
o Between 3 and 10 days prior: 50% of the total price is charged
o 3 days prior: 100% of total price is charged
For any service booking on the holiday time (30-4/1-5), Tet holiday, Christmas holiday, New Year (1/1) we cannot do any cancel and refund.
REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of services which are included in the price but not utilized by the customer, such as there will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals, or hotel accommodations. For no-show cases full amount will be charged.
