08:00 - 08:30AM The driver will pick you up at all hotels in the old quater, (if you stay at a hotel outside the old quater, you can take a taxi to 160 Tran Quang Khai street, Hanoi for take the bus) After finished pick up customer , we start to New express way to Halong bay 9:30am the driver stops at rest stop around 10 mins for go to toilet and get some fastfood 11:00 Reach Tuan Chau Harbor The driver drops off at your cruise port.

HALONG BAY  TO NINH BINH SCHEDULE

11:30 - 12:00 The driver will pick you up at  your cruise port (office) After finished pick up customer , we start to New express way to Halong bay 13:30 the driver stops at rest stop around 10 mins for go to toilet and get some fastfood 16:00 Reach Nimh Binh, the driver drop of at your hotel.

ABOUT VIP - SEAT

A typical limousine van would contain 9 seats, 2 seats at the front, 4 seat  in the middle, and 3 seats  at the back. The 4 seats in the middle (we called VIP seats) are larger and more comfortable compared to the normal seats. Besides, In addition, the remaining seats are also very comfortable and pleasant.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Children aged 0-4 are free as long as they share a seat with their parents (If children want to sit in their own seats, the price will be the same as adults)

• Travel time may vary due to traffic conditions (if you want to return to the airport, please contact us for advice on a reasonable time to catch the flight from Sapa to Hanoi airport)

• Fast food and drinks are allowed in the car, with attention to hygiene during the trip

CANCELLATION POLICIES

• More than 48 hours before the starting time: 100% refund but with USD 2 / person as handling fee;

• 24 hours to 48 hours before the starting time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded;

• Within 24 hours before the starting time: No refund;

• Passenger not showing up: No refund.
