TRANPORT DESCRIPTIONS

Our Limousine Van underwent a deluxe conversion process, transforming from a 16-seat vehicle into a lavish 9-seat model. It boasts plush leather seating, featuring four distinct VIP seats in the middle row and three consecutive rear seats. Additionally, there are two seats adjacent to the driver and a thoughtfully designed spacious luggage compartment at the rear, capable of accommodating approximately seven suitcases.

For added convenience, our van includes USB phone chargers. However, please be aware that the functionality of these chargers may vary, as the cars' charging systems can be susceptible to occasional issues.

HANOI TO SAPA SCHEDULE (PICK UP FROM HANOI CITY OR HANOI AIRPORT) 

• 07:00: The driver will pick you up at your hotel in central Hanoi.

• 07:30: Arrival Hanoi airport , if you at hanoi airport - we meet you at arrival A1 - Column 10 - Hanoi international airport start to Sapa 

• 09:00: The driver will stop at the Km57 rest stop for 15 minutes. Here you can go to the toilet, here you can buy water and snacks if you need it (at your own expense)

• 11:30: the driver will stop for the second time about 15 minutes at Km237 to go to the toilet and have lunch (there are rice and noodle soups available here, you can enjoy traditional Vietnamese food here, your own cost. succulent)

• 13:00: ​ Arriving in Sapa town, the limousine driver will take your hotel passengers around Sapa Town, if you have a hotel in the village (not sapa town), you will pay at the stone church and you will take a taxi to the homestay by yourself. (You pay for the taxi yourself)

• 14:30: The driver will pick you up at your hotel in central Hanoi.

• 15:00 - 15:30: Arrival Hanoi airport , if you at hanoi airport - we meet you at arrival A1 - Column 10 - Hanoi international airport start to Sapa 

• 16:00: The driver will stop at the Km57 rest stop for 30 minutes. Here you can go to the toilet, here you can buy water and snacks if you need it (at your own expense)

• 17:30:  the driver will stop for the second time about 15 minutes at Km237 to go to the toilet and have lunch (there are rice and noodle soups available here, you can enjoy traditional Vietnamese food here, your own cost. succulent)

• 20:30: ​ Arriving in Sapa town, the limousine driver will take your hotel passengers around Sapa Town, if you have a hotel in the village (not sapa town), you will pay at the stone church and you will take a taxi to the homestay by yourself. (You pay for the taxi yourself)

SAPA TO HANOI SCHEDULE (DROP OF  HANOI AIRPORT  OR HANOI CITY) 

• 07:00 – 07:30: The driver will pick you up at your hotel in Sapa Town , (if you stay in village - please be at the 411 Dien Bien Phu street, Sapa Town at 7:00am for get on the bus ) start to Hanoi via passway before get on highway 

• 09:00: The driver will stop at the Km237 rest stop for 15 minutes. Here you can go to the toilet, here you can buy water and snacks if you need it (at your own expense)

• 11:30: the driver will stop for the second time about 15 minutes at km 117 to go to the toilet and have lunch (there are rice and noodle soups available here, you can enjoy traditional Vietnamese food here, your own cost. succulent)

• 13:00: ​ Arriving in Hanoi airport ( will drop of someone want stop at airport - take flight ) then the limousine driver will take your hotel passengers around Hanoi city.

PICK UP AND DROP OFF POINT:

Pick-up point:

• Hanoi city:  Pick up anyhere in Hanoi ctiy , On the way to Airport. 

• Hanoi Airport terminal 01 and 02.

Drop-off Point:

• At anywhere in Sapa town (If you stay in village, we drop of at the stone church, you take taxi to your homestay).

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING:

• You will receive confirmation of your booking’s with payment link, your booking is confirmed after you paid via payment link.

• If you do not receive an email from us, please contact Whatsapp with us as soon as possible.

ABOUT VIP - SEAT

A typical limousine van would contain 9 seats, 2 seats at the front, 4 seat  in the middle, and 3 seats  at the back. The 4 seats in the middle (we called VIP seats) are larger and more comfortable compared to the normal seats. Besides, In addition, the remaining seats are also very comfortable and pleasant.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Children aged 0-4 are free as long as they share a seat with their parents (If children want to sit in their own seats, the price will be the same as adults)

• Travel time may vary due to traffic conditions (if you want to return to the airport, please contact us for advice on a reasonable time to catch the flight from Sapa to Hanoi airport)

• Fast food and drinks are allowed in the car, with attention to hygiene during the trip

CANCELLATION POLICIES

• More than 48 hours before the starting time: 100% refund but with USD 2 / person as handling fee;

• 24 hours to 48 hours before the starting time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded;

• Within 24 hours before the starting time: No refund;

• Passenger not showing up: No refund.
