This is a perfectly transformation from a conventional 16-seat minivan to a 9-seat Limousine. Maybe the original car doesn't bring you comfort, but with the limousine version, it's a completely different. In addition, it also makes the limousine version to be more luxurious and has plenty of space for you to enjoy your trips anywhere. You can only feel when you experience.

The most important thing after the conversion is changing the number of seats from 16 to 9. This has provided a good, unobstructed space during the journey. The car has been decorated with high-quality materials, with an overall harmony like on any high-end car. All reclining chairs are comfortably designed and made of high-quality leather. These are so roomy and suitable for all sizes, no matter how big you are.

The technology system on this limousine version has had an almost comprehensive upgrade comparing to the original version to ensure the highest safety for you. A series of sensors, safety warning systems, fog warnings and driver assistance systems have been equipped. For added convenience, our van includes USB phone chargers. However, please be aware that the functionality of these chargers may vary, as the cars' charging systems can be susceptible to occasional issues.

HANOI TO HALONG BAY SCHEDULE

• Free pick up anywhere around Hanoi city center (pick up time normally around 30 - 45 minutes) then depart to Halong via highway  We use a small car to pick you up in the city, then meet the limousine van and get on the Van 
  After around 1 hour of transfer, the van stops at the rest-stop for around 10 minutes.
  Arrive Halong after around 2.5 of transfer, we drop off the passenger at their hotel around Tuan Chau first, then Halong city.

• At anywhere in Halong   

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING

• You will receive confirmation of your booking’s with payment link, your booking is confirmed after you paid via payment link.

• If you do not receive an email from us, please contact Whatsapp with us as soon as possible.

ABOUT VIP - SEAT

A typical limousine van would contain 9 seats, 2 seats at the front, 4 seat  in the middle, and 3 seats  at the back. The 4 seats in the middle (we called VIP seats) are larger and more comfortable compared to the normal seats. Besides, In addition, the remaining seats are also very comfortable and pleasant.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Children aged 0-4 are free as long as they share a seat with their parents (If children want to sit in their own seats, the price will be the same as adults)
• Travel time may vary due to traffic conditions (if you want to return to the airport, please contact us for advice on a reasonable time to catch the flight from Sapa to Hanoi airport)
• Fast food and drinks are allowed in the car, with attention to hygiene during the trip

CANCELLATION POLICES

• More than 48 hours before the starting time: 100% refund but with USD 2 / person as handling fee;
• 24 hours to 48 hours before the starting time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded;
• Within 24 hours before the starting time: No refund;
• Passenger not showing up: No refund.
