Explore Sapa and Bac Ha Market in 2 Days 1 Night Tour with Hotel Stay

Day 1: Hanoi - Sapa - Y linh Ho - Lao Chai Village + Ta Van Village - Hotel 

• 06h30: Complimentary Hotel Pick-Up in Hanoi's Old Quarter and Transfer to Sapa Tours' Office

• 07:00: Board the Spacious Bus and Commence Your Journey to Sapa, Travelling Along the Noi Bai - Lao Cai Highway.
  
  During your journey, you'll be treated to breathtaking views of the enchanting northwest mountains. Marvel at the sparkling terraced fields as they glisten in the sunlight or disappear into the misty embrace of thick fog. After a brief 30-minute stop, we'll resume our voyage to Sapa.

• 12:30: Upon Arrival in Vibrant Sapa Town, You'll Be Greeted by Locals Adorned in Traditional Attire from the H'mong, Dzao, and Tay Ethnic Groups. Look out for our Tour Guide at No.3 Fansipan Street, near the bus stop, holding a sign with 'Your Name' to extend a warm welcome. Follow your guide to our travel office and hotel in Sapa for a seamless check-in process.

• 14h00:  Embark on a 12 km Trek Along Scenic Trails through Muong Hoa Valley to Reach Lao Chai Village, Inhabited by the Black H’mong Ethnic Community. During Your Visit, You'll Gain Insight into Their Daily Routines, Traditional Clothing, Handicrafts, and Indigo Production. Additionally, We'll Explore the Vast Valley, Offering Unparalleled Views of Glorious Golden Rice Terraces. Following Our Exploration of Lao Chai, We'll Continue Our Trek to Ta Van Village, Inhabited by the Giay Ethnic Group. This Small Yet Culturally Rich Community Resides Amidst Lush Rice Paddy Fields and Boasts Beautiful Traditional Houses.
  
  Lao Chai & Ta Van Villages, located approximately 8 kilometers from Sapa town, are home to the Black H’mong and Dzay ethnic communities. These villages mark the beginning of the Muong Hoa Valley, and from the elevated vantage point of the main road, you'll be treated to breathtaking panoramic views. The landscape stretches out before you, framed by towering mountains and bordered by a serene river.
  
  Here, you can relish the pure, refreshing mountain air, behold the enchanting terraced fields, and listen to the soothing sounds of babbling streams. As you explore, you'll have the opportunity to visit with some of the welcoming Black H’mong families who reside in the area. Their warm hospitality ensures you'll feel welcome in any of their homes, providing a chance for cultural exchange, interaction, and the discovery of their unique customs and traditions.

• 17:00: Our comfortable car or jeep will transport you back to Sapa Town. Savor a delightful dinner at the hotel's restaurant before indulging in a romantic overnight stay at the 3-Star Hotel in Sapa, featuring modern amenities such as an elevator, air-conditioned rooms, balconies with captivating mountain views.

Day 2: Sapa - Ba Ha Market (Love Market) - Lao Cai - Hanoi 

NOTE: Bac Ha Market (Love Market) is available on Sunday Morning Only.

• 8:30 - 9:00: After breakfast, we will take you to Bac Ha market (Love Market) is one of the largest markets in the northwest region of Viet Nam and is only open on Sunday. It is situated about 110km from Sapa or about 2.5 hours away by bus and is worth every second of the ride.

During the tour, you'll have an experienced guide accompanying you, ready to assist with any questions or needs you may have. You'll have approximately 2 free hours to immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of Bac Ha Market, renowned for its vibrant gathering of various ethnic minority tribes, including the Flower H’Mong, Dzao, Tay, Nung, and Phu La. The market is a bustling hub where locals come to trade and showcase their handcrafted goods, offering a diverse array of handmade products, local wines, and culinary delights like Thang Co Ngua (Horse stew). It's also a hub for animal trading, with horses, dogs, birds, snakes, goats, and water buffalos among the commodities.

After your shopping adventure, you'll enjoy a satisfying lunch in Bac Ha before returning to the bus. En route, we'll make a stop at a Black H’Mong village near the market. Spend over half an hour in the village, where you can delve deeper into the culture and lifestyles unique to the ethnic minority tribes in this region.

As we journey back from Bac Ha Market to our office in Lao Cai Bus Station, you'll catch glimpses of the Chinese border in Lao Cai City, a bustling hub of industry and commerce. Our next stop is a visit to a small pagoda in Lao Cai, where locals come to offer prayers for their ancestors and families.

Finally, we'll transport you to our waiting office in Lao Cai, where we'll connect with the bus arriving from Sapa to Lao Cai. From there, we'll arrange your transfer back to Hanoi.

At around 21:30, we'll arrive in Hanoi, marking the end of your unforgettable Sapa tour. We bid you farewell with the hope of welcoming you back for more exciting adventures in the future!
